Coming together in fellowship with our families and their caregivers

Families in the midst of cancer treatments spend many mealtimes in the oncology unit. As a way to provide nourishment to body and soul for our young warriors, their families and the clinical team that cares for them each day, P.U.N.T. created “Dinner on 12.”

P.U.N.T. provides a meal monthly on the oncology unit (12th floor) at Oishei Children’s Hospital, through annual support from Wegmans and other generous donors.

“Dinner on 12” gives families the opportunity to come together in fellowship to share a meal, and gives them one less thing to worry about for the day. It also lets the OCH team on the frontlines for these kids know they are appreciated by P.U.N.T. and our community! The chance to build this community, get a break from cafeteria food, and take a few minutes to eat as a family is invaluable to the battles being bravely fought on this floor.
